Every Little Ounce Counts.....If you have diabetes you understand this! For those that don't, this means that you can help with every purchase-whether it's 12oz of salsa or 32oz of spinach dip. For every item purchased we donate 10% to the American Diabetes Association and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
Here's a few tip to keep your diabetes on track-
- Drink plenty of water
- Eat what you want, but eating healthy is always best(diabetes or not)

Divide your plate into thirds, making one of those portions twice the size(see below). The larger portion should be a non-starchy food such as salad, carrots or tomatoes. One of the small portions should be a starchy food such as potatoes, pasta or rice. And the other small portion should be a meat food such as chicken, beef, fish or tofu. Add a 8 oz glass of milk or yogurt and 1/2 cup of fruit to complete your healthy plate.
